P Kiernan Groundworks Ltd is a groundworks and civil engineering contractor delivering projects across Ireland. From our base in Mullingar, we have grown into a trusted contractor known for quality workmanship, reliability and strong site delivery.
We specialise in housing developments, deep drainage, services and watermains, foundations, concrete works and full site development. With our own plant, experienced workforce, QS and safety team, we are set up to deliver both specialist packages and full groundworks contracts.
